Edward Thomas Noa is a Co-Founder, Chairman, and Director of Djerriwarrh First Nations Aboriginal Corporation, with cultural connections to Parrebeenne, Trawlwoolway, Tebrakunna, and Gunditjmara. He established the organisation to address gaps in support for Aboriginal communities, particularly in areas such as family safety, cultural recognition, and access to essential services. Edward is driven by a commitment to strengthening community wellbeing and advocating for equitable outcomes across Victoria.
Andrew Travis is a proud Gunditjmara man and long-standing Director of Djerriwarrh First Nations Aboriginal Corporation, serving since 2014. He is committed to strengthening cultural identity, community connection, and respect through his leadership and involvement. Andrew brings a strong focus on cultural practice and community engagement, with personal interests including traditional dancing, boomerang making, and sharing Aboriginal history and knowledge.
Elizabeth Camellia Noa is a Director and Secretary of Djerriwarrh First Nations Aboriginal Corporation. She has strong cultural connections across Cook Islander, Māori, and Aboriginal heritage, including Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāpuhi, Parrebeenne, Trawlwoolway, and Gunditjmara. Elizabeth is focused on supporting the organisation’s growth and future direction, with a commitment to honouring her family legacy and contributing to positive outcomes for community.
Desmond Huia is the Founder of Four Winds Foundation Ltd, an ACNC-registered charity with Public Benevolent Institution and Deductible Gift Recipient status. He established the organisation to deliver trauma-informed counselling, culturally responsive programs, and practical support for individuals and families experiencing vulnerability, grief, and intergenerational trauma. Desmond provides strategic, cultural, and governance leadership, ensuring the organisation meets regulatory standards while strengthening community wellbeing through structured and accountable service delivery.

Charlie Whitfield is a Yorta Yorta man and a founding member of Djerriwarrh First Nations Aboriginal Corporation, where he serves as Director and Treasurer. Born in Rushworth, Victoria, Charlie has deep cultural ties to Yorta Yorta Country through his family. He plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s governance and ongoing sustainability.
